it was in a marvellous and lovely location right in the city centre.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as being close to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the convenience of having a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Despite the slow internet, the overall experience was enjoyable.

Handy to have kitchen and separate "lounge" area. Appreciated city location to buy breakfast and dinner.

The apartment was not serviced on the Sunday of our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel as it is perfect for any trip and conveniently located near popular tourist attractions like the gorge scenic chairlift.

the room was in poor condition. There was wet plaster on the wall. It should be thoroughly repaired and repainted before allowing new guests.The mini bar and kitchen was not clean. we had to ring for house keeping to clean out the old pizza in the fridge. and the noise was unbearble from outside.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, right in the center of the city. It's so convenient to be able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. Plus, the rooms have a wonderful view of the water on both sides, making the stay even more enjoyable. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms are well-equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities, which is a great bonus.

Having a kitchenette in the studio room was an advantage

The Quest Launceston was central CBD therefore the traffic/nightclub noise was excessive. Having a room next to the laneway was also a disadvantage.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was quite impressed. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the center of town. It was so convenient to be just a short stroll away from the main mall and all the shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests I had. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The kitchen and laundry facilities were a bonus, allowing me to feel right at home during my stay. The comfortable seating and dining table area added to the overall spaciousness of the room.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It offers a great location and excellent service.

Separate room, exceptionally comfortable bed and fairly clean bathroom. Politeness from the whole staff. Quick check-in and easy check-out, parking onsite. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Location just next door to shopping streets and Close to take away shops during evenings and car parking at great prices.

The friendliness and approachability of the staff, from recommending the local pizza to what to do about parking in the event of leaving very early in the morning... nothing was too much for them, no hint of impatience, but wonderfully helpful.

The hotel is in a great location with lots of excellent restaurants nearby. It’s also close to all places of interest and offers easy parking options. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Some rooms even have washer and driers, making a longer stay more convenient.

Some rooms might be noisy due to their location, so it’s advisable to check beforehand or request a different room upon arrival.

Perhaps it was just the time of year but we found it very warm in the bedroom at night. The air conditioner was fine in the lounge room area but it had no impact in the bedroom. With some difficulty we managed to open a window but then the street noise was annoying. The only improvement to this property I can suggest is air conditioning in the bedroom.
